The style of our cooking is European bistro food and the menu is dictated by season, freshness and quality. We try to go as far as we can in sourcing unadulterated naturally grown ingredients.
Our chefs treat those ingredients with the same respect our winemakers treat their grapes and make their wines. We are pretty proud of the Italian culinary heritage of many of us, and have sampled many old family recipes throughout the years: these will appear on the menu every now and then.
Our wines and their grapes have never seen any mechanical nor chemical treatment, be it in the vineyard or in the cellar. They are the direct expression of the soil, the vine, the climate, the tradition and the hard work and talent of the winemaker. As a result, these “handmade” wines often come with no added sulphites: they will surprise, intrigue and often exhilarate you with their energy.
