Restaurant Manager Position at Rubedo Restaurant N16

We are looking for a general manager to join our team and lead our small independent restaurant. This is a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of running a restaurant. 

 

The role requires:

- Proactive, enthusiastic attitude / team player

- Knowledge of wine (preferably, natural wine)

- Previous experience

- Being responsible for staff training & daily operations

- Organising staff shifts

- Bookkeeping (tronc, vouchers, petty cash)

- The manager will be expected to slowly take over the wine list and be in charge of wine orders and stock-taking (with help, support and assistance from the owners)

- Regularly attend wine tastings 

- Organise special events (birthdays, weddings, etc.)

- Actively and regularly post content on the restaurant's social platforms 

- Ensuring the restaurant is always maintained in good and clean operational conditions
